We may accept or decline any inquiry or demonstration request and do not guarantee that we will respond to or fulfil every submission.

Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card information, sensitive personal information, security vulnerabilities or confidential third-party information through general Website forms unless we specifically request it through an approved method.

Information submitted through the Website may be provided to the relevant Terra Mobility portfolio company so that it can respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website may link to websites operated by Terra Mobility portfolio companies and other organizations.

Portfolio companies may be separate legal entities and may operate their websites, products and services under their own terms, privacy policies and contractual arrangements.

Third-party websites are operated independently. Terra Mobility does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website will be submitted to the courts located in the judicial district of Montréal, Quebec.

Force Majeure

Terra Mobility will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, labour dispute, governmental action, epidemic or pandemic, power or telecommunications or internet failure, or failure of third-party service providers or infrastructure. Our obligations affected by such an event will be suspended for as long as the event continues.
