Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send non-promotional messages that are necessary to respond to your request or manage an existing business relationship.

Where required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, our commercial electronic messages will identify Terra Mobility (a DBA of Busbud Inc.) as the sender, include our mailing address, and provide a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

SMS Communications

You may opt out of receiving future text messages from Terra Mobility at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use personal information collected through this corporate website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell personal information. The Terra Mobility website is intended for business and corporate audiences and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit information through this website.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@terramobility.com so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Our website may contain links to portfolio company websites, social media pages and other third-party websites or services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites or services operated by other organizations. We recommend reviewing their privacy notices before providing personal information.
