Betterez (now part of Terra Mobility), a leading ticketing and sales management platform, has partnered with Navettes du Fjord, a ferry service in Quebec, Canada, to simplify their ticketing and reservation processes. With Terra Mobility innovative platform, Navettes du Fjord can now sell more custom products on its website and reduce lost sales opportunities via booking process automation and alerts.

Another example is TerraOS successful partnership with the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission’s Polar Bear Express, a passenger train service in Northern Ontario. “What is also interesting for us in providing our inventory management platform (IMS) to such as trains and ferries is that over time we can present the opportunity to support multi-modal interline, such as connecting a bus to a ferry service for a single journey, not only selling a single ticket but also redeeming and reporting accurately on that ticket to multiple transport operators,” explained Mr. Van Horn.
