Mathieu Provencher Joins Terra Mobility as Chief Financial Officer

Deep finance experience scaling B2B software

Provencher joins Terra Mobility after a career spent building finance functions for fast-growing B2B software companies. He served as COO & CFO of Vention, the Montreal-based manufacturing automation platform that recently raised US $110 million, from 2018 to 2023, then moved into the same role at Novisto, the sustainability reporting software company, in 2023. Before that, he spent five years at McKinsey & Company, rising to Associate Partner. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is based in Montreal.

Joining at a pivotal moment

Provencher's appointment comes alongside the launch of the Terra Mobility brand and a US $40 million financing from Vista Credit Partners, positioning him to help steer the company's finances through a period of accelerated investment in TerraOS and continued expansion across its consumer marketplaces.
